  • website that lists radio stations that have gone all Christmas

Greetings all. This website lists all the radio stations in the country that have started playing Christmas music around the clock.
Of course there are no stations on it right now .. but give it another month ...

I looked on-line to see if I could find when the first station in the country went to Christmas music round the clock ... it was Oct 18 last year.

That would mean 2 weeks to go.

The ol' iPod has 826 Christmas songs and is available 365 days of the year.

Ditto. I do not know how many Christmas songs are on my mp3 player but they are available 365 days whenever I want.

Though I live across the lake in Ontario, Star 102.5 in Buffalo, NY is my Christmas station of choice! They started in mid November last year if I remember correctly.

You mean you guys don't listen every day? You call yourselves Christmas People! I am ashamed of all of you!
I swear, I went through this entire strand. Each light I pulled out and put back in. Oh, I didn't check the fuse! My thumb is so sore, will I learn for next time?

That is what the good ol' mp3 player is for.

The earliest one of the local radio stations around here has started playing was I believe Nov 8. But it's usually somewhere around mid Nov.

By the way it's amazing how far that signal will travel over the open water. I used to have a job right on the coast and I could pick up radio stations that geographically were far away .. but since the signal traveled over the water it came in nice and clear. Actually much better than signals that were from stations closer to me but inland.

And so it begins my friends. The first radio station playing all Christmas music ... KYXE in Yakima, Washington.

                          They started on the 11th.

According to the webite, 2 days ago WEZW in Cape May NJ started playing Christmas music ... and now they are getting hit by a hurricane.

                              Talk about ironic.

                              Stay safe everyone!
