stopping e-mail?

how do I stop all the e-mails coming to my e-mail saying that someone replied here?

I tried to change mine under "options" at the user cp, but I'm still getting them. I guess there is a delay?

I did it a few days ago -- and pretty sure I saved my changes. Went back to make sure. I guess I'll just be patient. ;)

You have to set your desired options. However, if you were already subscribed to threads, you have to go to "List Subscriptions" in your USER CP and unsubscribe to them.
