Rybcon, welcome to the world of loafers and slackers. Please do not sit on me.

Sickie, congratulations on the 8,000 mark. You are probably like me...I never look at how many posts I have. I did not know I made my first 1,000 until someone else told me. LOL Okay, I am ready for a nice cold beer today. And I want my chair moved outside next to the pool. Guys, take care of that for me (JW snaps fingers several times). And someone bring me my sun tan lotion, please. :)

I love this site. I have tried several others, THIS one is the friendliest of all (not to mention, everyone here is so helpful)

I want the site do do VERY well!:):):)

I think that this site is a very friendly place too, Craig. Which is why I'm so passionate about it and the members. blush:

Some members have written me expressing concern that if we advertise we may lose that friendliness because of an influx of different personalities.

idea: I'm hoping that the current members here will continue to look out for our friendly way of life by "teaching" gently (if necessary) that certain friendly and encouraging behavior is valued over all.

My BS is important bs. In fact it's the most important bs there is. It's a shame no one can hear me say my BS. You all have to be content to just read it. I know it's rough. But you can still try to imagine my voice as you struggle to comprehend my BS. I feel your frustration. I know it must be hard to stay content to just read my bs. Never hearing my voice. But try to understand. Somethings are just meant to be. So go back to that happy place. Imagine my deep manly voice smothering you with BS. Reading my posts will bring happiness again. And thats BS. Hilda wrote such a nice and warm fuzzy depiction of this place! My take on it is a bit different...

I swerve up in my truck and park on the overgrown/dead lawn. I find the fake rock that hides the key to the side door and let myself in. I walk across the shag carpet to the fake electric fireplace and plop myself into one of the old sofas we got off Craigslist. I help myself to the well stocked bar, put my feet up and "set a spell".
