Do they have that paraffin taste like cheap chocolate sometimes does?
Hilda

Nope! Ohhhh... I know what you are saying! I hate that!
It's Oreo with a really good hit of peppermint! BUT not too much mint... like Hershey's Chocolate Chip Mint ice cream... that stuff is like swilling mouthwash!
I was worried at first that the 'sprinkles' were going to be crunchy and the texture be like sand in my mouth... but it was PERFECTION! LOL
If you like Girl Scout Thin Mints... you will love these!

Sorry Hilda, I can only afford the store brand cookies if they are smashed and on the clearance rack.
I am ashamed, but all my money goes to lighting my house and yours!

I know! Oreo cookies are expensive enough! ...and I swear there is only half the amount in this package! (Or did I really eat them that fast?!?!?!)

If you have a "Trader Joe's" store in your area, go there and get the "Candy Cane Jo-Jos" cookies.
They are similar to oreos (only a lot better) with a candy cane filling.
Delicious! http://getmesmileys.com/smilies/happy0045.gif

Nope have not tried them. IMHO double stuff does not need any improvements--perfect just the way they are.

OK guys. I went to Walmart this evening to get a pack of those Oreo candy cane cookies to try. Not a single package found in the whole store. Which one of you beat me there and bought them all up?

I usually get the Trader Joe's version but saw these at Walmart the other day and bought 2 packages. I always dip them in melted chocolate for my treat party trays....

Well I admire your bravery for trying something different! :)

The only place I saw them was at Walmart. They put the giant stacks of them right inside the front door. I mean inside the FIRST set of doors! LOL They were really pushing them this year! (We're on our fifth or sixth bag... LOL)
