Thrift Stores!

My favorite place to get holiday decorations are thrift stores. You also can get holiday clothes there as well.:tree:

I never have any luck at the local Goodwill store. Most of what I see in there is just junk.

I also find some great stuff there. Always can break 'em down for props! :D

I find my local Goodwill to be incredibly over-priced, unless they're having one of their famous "half off everything in the store" sales. For what they charge, I sometimes can buy the item brand new. And, generally, the quality is just above junk.

I find I have more success on craigslist and yard sales.

I love the thrift stores round here. I go every Sunday to see whats new sometimes I score and sometimes I don't lol.

I have alot of luck at certain thrift stores, but the Good Will out here is pretty high priced. (Although they are silent auctioning a Tuba right now that I will be back to check on...) :D

I have very limited success at thrift shops. A old CD or cassette tape is about it, oh maybe a strand or two of mini-lights but not much more.

Craigslist is where I go for All Christmas Decorations Purchases.
Especially Trees, Lights, Tree Stands and Ornament and Dish Collections.
This year, I am going to go for Broke on that.
