My Grandmother Passed Away

I am thankful that the struggle with her life is over with, but what remains is something completely unresolved.
Had a falling out with her before she passed.
I used to look up to her but in the end, she was a stranger.
Now I will never know if she will be able to find it in her soul to resolve what she was so mean about.
Now, I believe I never really knew her at all.
She is being Cremated, No Funeral or Memorial, ashes scattered at sea.
Selfish in life and so in death.

You could possibly find joy in that she did get what she wanted instead of a funeral. You and your family respected and loved her enough to do that for her.
