I don't know if it is just the computer at work, but it seems to log me out after a while. Anyone have this problem and has it been solved.

I have noticed that also - I have tried to post recipes a couple times - I had them all typed out , then when I went to post them, it said I was not logged in and then when I logged in they (the recipes were gone). I think its because they took a while to type out.

Lyssa-Anne, I've had that problem too. But I have noticed that if I'm logged on for a while without being active I get logged out.

I'm on at all hours, so your reasoning may be accurate Clarice.

I don't think it's happened to me on this forum, but I get logged out quite often on Halloween Forum. If I write a long post, I try to remember to "COPY" it before submission. That way if I've been logged out I can just paste back what I had written.

ALWAYS type long items in a word processor and cut and paste into a forum post. All forums use sessions, if you take too long for a session, it will assume that you are not there.

If you are not staying logged in after clicking remember me then you may want to check your settings. You must accept ALL cookies in your browser. Many security software packages also may mess with things as well. This is not a problem with the forum, it is a problem with your settings, connection or software. Sometimes when you apply too much security to your browser or computer, some things will not function properly for you.

Sometimes cookies can become corrupt. If you have problems, you may want to clear your cookies (check your browswer documentation).
