wrapped or bagged?

do you think getting presents wrapped or in a bag is more special? and why?

I love wrapping presents but I don't like the feeling of people watching me unwrap presents. I know I'm a weirdo but that's the truth. :)

I'm a fan of wrapped. If people are watching me I take my time and pull each piece of tape...one at a time. LOL I love extending the suspense as long as possible.

Now my partner is a HUGE fan of what he calls "Granny Wrapping" because it is the way that his MawMaw wrapped everything. You got it in the bag it was brought home from the store in. She thought wrapping paper was a huge waste and wrapped nothing!

When I exchange gifts with some of my friends I use bags. Seems that's just what they all do. At home, for my family, we do mostly wrapped. I sometimes use a bag or two if I find really cute ones that have an image of something my daughter likes.

It's so much easier to bag up a gift and I tend to do it more for bulky and/or odd shaped gifts & birthday presents. But wrapping is so much more fun to open!

Another fun thing to so is wrap a small gift, put it inside another box & wrap it, put inside another box, etc, etc.:exclaim:

Definitely wrapped. Wrapped presents under the tree are so much prettier than bags, plus unwraping makes the whole process last a little longer!

I do both, just depends on what the item is. If its oddly shapped I tend to use a bag.

here is mostly wrapped. But last year I used bagged on everything because my cat Twilight was attacking the gifts and unwrapping it. Now that I have two cats instead of one and it will be Midnight first Christmas here..... I dont know. I brought a wrapping paper that says do not open until december 25th. I thought it was funny. BUTTTTT Midnight likes to terrorize things....
