problems with inflatable popup santa

I have an inflatable Santa that pops out of a chimney. This will be my 3rd year having it, each year it has worked fine.

It has 2 pumps. 1 keeps the chimney inflated the whole time, the second pump inflates the Santa then cycles to let the Santa pop up and down.

My problem is with the pump I believe. The Santa inflates like it is supposed to, but when it drops out, the whole Santa fully deflates, and when the pump kicks back in, it does not run long enough to fully inflate again. It does NOT have a hole in it, I have thorouoghly checked. The pump itself cycles irratically.

Anything I could do to boost the power of the pump or fix it?

There might be an internal rip or loose seam that you may have overlooked inside of the Santa's air compartment allowing it to completely deflate. If the pump is still trying to work I would suspect it is something else.
