I love to see wrapped gifts under my tree. I only use gift bags when something is too hard to wrap. What's your preference?:littlepresent:

Paper. Not a fan of bags.

I prefer to wrap my gifts, however, I am also a huge fan of bags (if they are done well) a properly done gift bag is a beautiful thing to see. It also gives one a chance to use their imagination (something we deckers/haunters excell at!):):):)

I use both, depending on the gift, but usually gift wrap, I too like wrapped gifts under my tree. but for some gifts that I am bringing away, it works better to use bags.

Depends on the gift size/shape.

I have enough paper to outlive a lifetime supply... I like seeing fancy wrapped packages. I wrap the stocking stuffers, parcels to mail, and make (or line) envelopes with it. Jen

I prefer duct tape and the funny papers :) I actually use gift bags and wrapping paper both it just depends. Wrapping the gift is a fun thing to do with coco and music though!

Wrapping for sure. It is one of the high points of christmas for me. I spend hours each evening wrapping 4 or 5 gifts. I pick just the right paper making sure I don't use it twice for the same person. Then I pick a ribbon. I use the medium and wide crafting ribbon made of fabric or lace. I hate those fakey store bought bows. I tie a nice big bow from the ribbon. And I usually make home made tags so it matches the package in design and size. No one ever wants to unwrap the gifts because they look too pretty. Little do they know it is only a pair of socks. LOL

I also use gift bags if an item is really hard to wrap and I don't have time or patience to make a proper box (yeah, I make those too LOL). But, I feel like just sticking it in a bag is lazy. I think they were designed for guys so they could feel like they wrapped it without having to be artsy crafty. No insult intended, guys. I know a lot of you are all over that wrapping thing.

I would love to get a gift in duct tape and funny papers, Griswold.

I love to wrap packages. I even wrap for my sisters family because she doesn't like to do it. The only time I use gift bags is for the open front boxes.

I like about a 70/30 split.

For me, it's a tradition to pick a Christmas film and sit in front of the TV and wrap Christmas presents. Among those are a few bags, though, always with red and green tissue paper. A few bags are never bad for the overall presentation.

I use both but I prefer paper.

Sometimes I'll wrap the gift then put it in a bag....just to make my kids work harder! lol!

Paper is my preference, but if it's an odd shape it goes in a bag.

Paper because a.) it is cheaper and b.) it is all that we have.

I prefer wrapped presents-both in giving and receiving.
Me and both of my kids LOVE wrapping presents, but my wife absolutely HATES doing it.
So, that works out really nice!

Wrapping paper sealed with clear package tape for the kiddo so he can't peek, regular tape for the husband's gifts.
