Not really...but this thread is about the really strange things your cat or dog likes to eat. Tell us about it.
I have a Siamese named Kioko. He loves to eat paper, Fruit Loops cereal are his favorite but he likes others, Fried green tomatoes, fried egg plant, asparagus, pizza, peas or most any vegetable, any bread, and fish food flakes. I am sure I have forgotten a lot of the weird things he likes.

Am I your cat? I like to eat those things too! (Except the Bananas, I am allergic to them)
Paper and Fried green tomatoes are my favorites by the way... LOL :D

You should see Edwin trying to convince the buffet to carry fish flakes! LOL
Beautiful cat JW!

You guys crack me up....LOL
Edwin, would you like to be my cat? You will get very spoiled and scratched behind your ears too. LOL
I use to eat paper as a kid; napkins, notebook paper, labels...

One of my employees called me on something tonight. So when she handed me the piece of paper, I ate it! Right in front of her! LOL
Ok, I made that up...
If I die very soon, I will make sure to sign up on the list for "pets for JW" in my reincarnation. LOL :D (but no bananas please!)

TREES! Chloe eats TREES! Oh, yeah, and extension cords!
We have a small tree in the back yard that lost its valiant fight to stay alive this winter..... ONE of the main reasons, is the dog and her incessant chewing on anything she can get hold of.
I keep thinking perhaps she will get hold of a LIVE extension cord and maybe that will teach her to leave them alone, but it seems she is too smart for that, she just chews on the ones that aren't powered up (lucky for her that is):)

That is funny craig, as I use to have an Alsation mix puppy who one day chewed through the cord running to my door bell. I heard him yelp and realized what he had done. He never did it again. LOL He did go on to devour all my wooden furniture though. Maybe she will learn.

We have three Jack Russells. Dixie, the only girl, is a little finicky. She'll eat anything alive (rodents), but she won't eat everything that falls on the floor. Rebel will eat most fruits and veggies, but Linus...Linus, Linus. That boy will eat ANYTHING that hubby eats. Including hot sauce!! Yep! Hubby will give him a little bit of hot sauce and he will lick it all up.

JW, your cat is so beautiful!!
I have a cat that loves bread, saltine crackers and cake type donuts. the others are more typical in what they like, but my MIL used to have a cat that ate tomatoes and watermelon.

I have never seen a cat eat raw tomatoes or watermelon. That is funny. I have pretty much come to the conclusion that most cats really like bread products. Especially sweet bread.

If we're not careful our cat will eat through the plastic to get to the loaf of bread.

I want a cat! (or 2)
I hear you Edwin. After almost a year of not having Pizmar in the house, I am wanting another cat myself!:deer:

I can't stand not having cats. I would have another one if I could find one that my other cats would tolerate, wouldn't pee on the furniture, liked to be petted, and was cute.
Our big fluffy white cat was sitting on my bathroom floor the other day watching some little sugar ants crawl around. It was funny because they are so tiny I was surprised she could see them. She would follow one for about 10 seconds and then eat it. She did that with all 4 or 5 of them. LOL Who needs an exterminator when you have cats?

Well, I don't have a cat, but a cat has me now...
Last night I microwaved some spaghetti I made and went outside to eat it. I noticed a grey cat lounging in the back yard. One of the "stray" cats in the neighborhood. When I went back in the house to get the cheese crap you sprinkle on spaghetti, the grey cat was sniffing at my table.
I gave the cat some spaghetti, but it didn't want anything to do with it. So I opened up a can of tuna and put it on a saucer, and I think I just scored a new best friend! LOL
Tonight the grey cat was back. I named him "Greyey". LOL (and he enjoyed another can of tuna) :D

Your tale brought tears to my eyes, such a tender heart, for one of God's creatures (I can barely see my keyboord through the tears.) BLESS you Edwin!

Well, Thanks Craig!
The poor little thing even has a limp. I won't touch him yet, as I know if I try to I will get the biggest scratches I have ever heard of! LOL But, he seems pretty cool and I know he is enjoying the food! :D
I didn't find a friend, A friend found me! :D

Edwin, you have said all that needs to be said. Just follow your pure hearted intentions. You will never regret it. NEVER. Your little guy is counting on you, your friends are loving you for your kindness. A good man, and a creature of God's in need of nurturing. My heart is singing for you, my friend!:):):):):):):):):):):):)

You may eventually end up with several friends edwin. I always feed the strays in our neighborhood, and if they let me, I will bring them in out of the cold for a little while. I think they tell the other strays, or maybe they can just smell cat at our house, because they always come to my house and meow at my door. LOL But I am sad because eventually they go away and I never see them again, and then I worry about them. You will enjoy feeding a stray because they let you know how much they enjoy it. Thank you edwin.

Some strays even become loyal pets. All depends on personality.

Great news, Edwin! I hope the kitty hangs around a while.
Are you going to let it play your slot machine?

Great news, Edwin! I hope the kitty hangs around a while.
Are you going to let it play your slot machine?
LOL EG! I don't think the cat has any quarters, and of course I would make sure that he "max bets". LOL
Day 4 and the cat is still around... I did notice that other cats are starting to be interested in my place as well...
I went out and bought some cat food (it's cheaper than tuna) and the cat is here in the morning and in the evening... go figure. I really don't want to feed more than one cat but I may have to! (I hope they bring quarters for the slot machine!) :D

The nice thing about yard cats is the decreased population in mice, rats, snakes, mole crickets and other small critters you may not want around. To me it is worth the cost of the cat food. :)

Snakes? I think you still have enough of those JW! LOL
I am interested in seeing if I pull out my laser pointer and see if the cat wants to play with it!
I do appreciate the fact that the roaches like to climb the "community" wall rather than come into my house. I hope the cats find them interesting enough to KILL them! LOL
I haven't fed the Black Cat yet, (just the grey one) but she is starting to come around... Would be fun to have her around, around Halloween! :D
I guess I am starting early! :D

Hey Edwin!:)
Starting early? Heck we HAVE to! I may actually get that big cauldron built this year! I have wanted one forEVER! (I would like it to be about 30" high, and as big across, AND have a big paddle that "self stirs" the thing!):)

Didn't get to see the kitty today. I think I messed with it because I have been getting home before 8 since he showed up, tonight I closed so I wasn't home at 8. I did leave it some food and water before I went to work tho. It was magical to come home and see the food gone and the water gone as well. (Kinda like leaving cookies and milk out for Santa.) LOL
