Ate a bunch yesterday, eat a bunch today!!! LOL

Turkey tastes like turkey. But if you overload it with spices it tastes like hotdogs. LOL

Mmmmmmmm Falling off the bone good. It was 15lbs, I added chicken stock to the bottom of the roasting pan, filled the cavity and surroundig with quartered onions and chopped celery, buttered under the breast skin and salted and peppered. Used an oven bag split and draped over the top, cooked at 325 for roughly 4 hours, basting every 30 minutes and taking off the oven bag top during the last half hour. Then drained the liquid. ( I was supposed to discard the veggies abd stock, but they tasted soooo good, I made gravy with it ! ) The best golden brown bird and the moistest I have ever done! :D

Will I wasn't hungry till I read this thread. LOL It's the Tuesday after and I still have plenty! Think I'll make another pumpkin pie to help hold on to that high calorie count. LOL
