What are some of your favorite and easy appitizers you like to serve during the holidays?
We like sausage rolls, shrimp rings, spinich dip, wings, I could go on and on!!
This year I saw in a magazine shrimp served in shooter glasses with individual sauce. I thought it was a fun new way of serving it. Any ideas on new and fun ways of serving you appetizers?

Oil-roasted garlic cloves and toast. It all gets eaten.
Seasoned oyster crackers - a bag of oyster crackers, a 3/4 cup of olive or grapeseed oil, a packet of Ranch dressing powder mix, a teaspoon of dill, a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Mix the seasonings into the oil, then pour over crackers in a mixing bowl.
Toss it all, spread it out on a cookie sheet, bake for about twenty minutes at a low temp, around 175-200, let cool.
Serve the next day, after oil has had time to absorb completely for a better taste.
Warning - addictive.
A block of a quality cheese - Gouda, Edam, a good blue like Stilton. No crackers or croutons, just cheese and a knife. Stand back.
