I think I saw clips for vinyl siding at Lowes the other day. Did you check online?

Chris just posted some pics on another thread (I forget which one) where he used wire at the top and bottom of his house to mount lights. Maybe that will help, but it depends on what kind of design you are going for I suppose.

If nothing else, Duct Tape comes in many colors these days!

lightloon, I have used siding hooks on my house for years, last time I bought them I got them at hobby lobby, but have seen them other places, it is a hook that slides under the open edge of siding, every other "board" has one on my siding, and you attach the cord of the light thru it, works good for me,. once in a while they fall out and I put it back in, but for the most part, good, and don't wreak anything!

Duck tape is good, but tends to bond it's adhesive to something even after the tape is ripped off if left over time.

Good point Sickie. I guess you wouldn't want glue spots on your house for the rest of the year....

I have heard of the hooks, but have never seen them. (that I know of)

I have seen this over at PC. Take 1/2 white PVC, cut into 1/2" piece. Then cut an opening, maybe a 1/8". you now have a C. Kind of acts as a binder clip type thingy. I'll post a pic soon.
