C# scripting dor chrstmas lights

I am working on programming my christmas lights using Vixen software. In order to make a background sequence, it needs to be written in C# script. I just need channels 9-17 to be on constantly, but can't figure out how to do this in scripting. Does anyone have any experience with this?
