Tonight we're hosting a Christmas dinner / game night for 15 friends. It's the first time we've ever cooked for this number of people. We've got a 12 lb. turkey along with an 8lb. turkey breast roast. Individually the big turkey should be cooked at 325 degrees for 2 hours (in an oven bag)and the small roast should be cooked at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours (just in a roasting pan). My question is how do you adjust the cooking times for having both turkeys in at the same time???

Well the way i read it put the roast in at 30 minutes after you put the two hour turkey in so the roast will cook for 1.5 hours and the other will cook for the whole two hours and both will be done at same time. Since they are the same temp.

Did they come with a pop pin to put in the top of the turkey? If they did put them in like Frosty said. When one pops just pull it out, make shure u cover it with tinfoil for a little bit.
